It's Halloween season, and that means it's time for the Milwaukee Paranormal Conference! On this #ParanormalTuesday, Mike and Wendy are joined by Paracon director Tea Krulos to preview the lineup for the 2020 event, which moved online and was free to attend.
The three swap favorite memories from past conventions, from the Wisconsin Paranormal Researcher of the Year award (Mike's sister Allison Jornlin took it home the first year) to the parties and the rock and roll spirit that make Milwaukee's event different from the rest. They also reminisce about late-night stories from John E.L. Tenney, including tales of working on Unsolved Mysteries.
Tea runs through the 2020 schedule, including Mike's haunted history session with Allison bringing fresh Milwaukee stories, a look at the Museum of Mortality, which Mike and Wendy got a sneak peek of during a paranormal investigation and video shoot in Lake Geneva, a session on telling ghost stories to skeptics, and a talk on Wisconsin's mysterious big cats. As the hosts point out, the Milwaukee Lion begs to differ with anyone who says there are no big cats in Wisconsin.
With so many people uncomfortable going out in 2020, the online format meant anyone could join in from home.
