Tours typically focus on building exteriors and outdoor spaces. Occasionally business owners welcome us inside, but this can't be guaranteed. Businesses and public places are open for you to visit during regular business hours. Otherwise we respect the privacy of individuals and organizations and except that our guests do the same. 

Service animals are welcome. However, for liability issues, please leave your furry friends at home if you don’t require their assistance.

Ghosts don't come when you call them. They're worse than cats. Although we can never guarantee a supernatural encounter, we encourage you to take photos and report anything unusual that you experience. Conversely, you don't even have to believe in ghosts to enjoy our tours. You only need an appreciation for history, local folklore, and authentic paranormal reports.

This is not a haunted house. No rent-a-ghouls have been hired to jump out at you. Our tours focus on history, which typically does not interest children under 12. Our dark subject matter and gallows humor is also not appropriate for most children.
