Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a public bathroom on this tour?+
Unfortunately not. All the park's bathrooms are closed by the tour start time. If you need to use the restroom we recommend going shortly before the beginning of the tour.
Is this ghost tour kid appopriate?+
While our tours do not contain anything too graphic or inappropriate, we find that kids that enjoy history have the best time. You know your children and that's left up to you. We do not recommend bringing children in strollers because sometimes that can be difficult with larger walking groups.
What if I'm late or I cannot find my guide?+
We do our best to answer calls and emails as promptly as they are received. Please make sure to leave a voicemail with the city and tour time. We try to accommodate travel and weather issues, but our public tours cannot wait for more than 10 minutes. Reschedules are available if the date you are interested in is not sold out.
Why do I have to enter my credit card?+
Reserve with the offer code LINCOLNPARKGOCITY and enter your credit card information. There is a $1 online reservation fee per person, we just need your card information in case of no-shows. You will only be charged full price for the tour if you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time.
What happens if I cancel or need to reschedule?+
You can reschedule to a different night as long as your pass is valid for the day of the tour. If your pass is no longer valid on your rescheduled tour date, you'll be charged full price to the card on file. This tour is very limited capacity so there is a 24-hour cancellation policy; any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged full price.
Do I need to check the tour time?+
Yes. Please pay close attention to the tour times and dates listed on the calendar. On some select dates, we might start the tour at a different time than others, so check your confirmation email for the correct time.
