Converted into a school and then a private residence, the mansion played Miss Robicheaux's Academy for Extraordinary Girls in American Horror Story, and is said to be haunted by the ghost of a former slave overseer. Visitors have reported eerie encounters in her old bedroom, with chandeliers swaying and doors opening and closing on their own. But the hauntings don't stop there...
