
The Great Lake County Ghost Adventure Bus Tour
This all-day ghost bus tour will introduce you to the lore of haunted Lake County north of Chicago, stopping for lunch at an actively haunted pub.
Led by veteran paranormal researchers, this tour is a 7-hour paranormal adventure, where you'll explore cemeteries, historic sites and more and lunch at a haunted establishment. Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather, as we have numerous stops outdoors with some walking involved. Lunch included with soft drinks. Cash bar available at lunch stop. Bring your cameras and ghost hunting tools if you have them, or try out ours!

What To Expect
The Great Lake County Ghost Adventure was created by Ursula Bielski, famed Chicago ghostlore historian, and is run by veteran tourguides Tony Szabelski and Scott Markus (who literally wrote the book on northern Chicago ghost stories!)

Established in the 1850s, this place is reportedly haunted by a woman in white, a phantom hearse, and mysterious floating orbs following its burning during the Civil War.

Stories and legends mention ghostly cars, mysterious disappearing houses, and a phantom lady in white

Fox River Grove Accident Site
See the unfortunate location of a tragic school bus and train collision in the mid-1990s. People have reported witnessing ghostly apparitions and hearing unexplainable sounds, believed to be the echoes of the victims of the accident.

The hotel, built in the late 1880s, is one of the oldest in the area and has a rich history. It's believed that the spirits of previous owners and patrons still linger in the building.

This haunted iron fate stands as the only remaining remnant of an old mansion where, according to local legend, a wealthy family tragically perished in a fire in the early 1900s.
